Add a range of salads to the meal table.
- Preheat oven to 180Ã‹Å¡C.
- Place pumpkin slices in a baking dish and spray with vegetable oil on both sides.
- Cook for 45 minutes or until pumpkin is soft.
- Remove from oven.
- Serve on iceberg lettuce drizzled with spicy plum sauce.
