- Stir fry vegetables in oil for 4-5 minutes or until tender but still slightly crisp.
- Add herbs, honey and vinegar and toss well to ensure vegetables are well coated and the honey has melted.
- Do not overcook.
- Serve immediately.
Variation:
- Quickly cook 1 chopped garlic clove, to the oil before adding the vegetables.
