Cooking Time: 4 mins Meals: Serves 4

  1. Stir fry vegetables in oil for 4-5 minutes or until tender but still slightly crisp.
  2. Add herbs, honey and vinegar and toss well to ensure vegetables are well coated and the honey has melted.
  3. Do not overcook.
  4. Serve immediately.


Variation:

  1. Quickly cook 1 chopped garlic clove, to the oil before adding the vegetables.

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 sliced celery
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp fresh herbs, finely chopped
